The company has been operating and offering its services for over 45 years. It was founded in 1976 by Nikos Nino of Theodoros, who is a graduate of the Technical University of Athens and the first services he offered was the supervision of private works, topographical and technical consultations. Today with consistency and credibility, our company continues its successful activity in the field of studies and construction, under the supervision of Theodoros and Marios Ninos, sons of Nikos Ninou. The office has adapted to all new and modern techniques and applies principles such as energy and bioclimatic design. The office now specializes in almost the whole range of constructions and studies, such as interior design, aids – renovation of buildings, integration of investments in development law, real estate development and management as well as the organization and administration of technical projects.
